We need to keep the message short. But concise. Media will create all the corresponding articles, and messages. We just need to bring it to their attention, they will figure out after research, that it was "munnabhai". Frankly, the message is important, not the messenger or the vehicle that the messenger drove.

Section 205. Retaining Workers Subject to Green Card Backlog.
This section specifies anyone caught in the backlog would be able to pay $500 to adjust status... So your husband is ok (again, should this SKIL ever become reality)
However, I am confused this section 205 falls into Title II, "Retaining Foreign Workers Educated in the United States". Section 205 does not read like anything to do with a degree in the US..

Thank you Aman & all the other immigration voice members who have spent so much time, energy and resources in advocating on behalf of all of us. I have been working in the non-profit sector for the past 8 years and from experience suggest that in order for this movement/advocacy campaign to sustain it is important for us to have a system in place where core campaign members are reimbursed for their past and recurring expenses. Right, my bad! I was not referring to the Employment Letter for GC job. I was referring to the Current Employment Letter which is not required as initial evidence. Should have clarified.

My analysis is minimally, if at all, dependent on India, China, ROW, ...
Offcourse I don't know all laws. I will believe DOS/USCIS URLs that explain how VB dates are set.
In general, it will be very useful to finds URLs that explain VB date setting and identify USCIS inconsistencies which they call LAW.
See below link...It has some explanation of the cut-off dates. I don't know if that helps. Also it has been noted the AC21 was intsrumental in re-capturing 131K visas which kept the dates current until 2005. Amazing!! We should hire the lobbying firm which worked on AC21:D

There was no discussion on invoking AC21 where the salary is lower than specified in LC. For example wages for LC filed in bay area will be higher than other places and if one wishes to move to work location where prevaling wages are lower compare with original LC location. What would USCIS position on this since AC21 does not talk about work location.
wage for Original LC location in Santa Clara:- 90k
New job offer in mid west:- 70K ( much higher than prevaling wages)

My I-485 application based on I-140 of NIW has been approved finally, after an RFE replying. Is there any requirement of how long I can change job after the I-485 approval?

According to USCIS previous requirement, a person is required to work for the sponsoring employer for at least one year after obtaining the Green Card. There may be a problem when you want to apply for U.S. citizenship later, if you leave the sponsoring employer in a short period of time after obtaining the Green Card.
The AC-21 rule does not clear the issue of a person who leaves its employer after the I-485 approval, but it is better to take a conservative way to reduce the potential risk later.

TIP: Print them you should be able to read.:) My checks cleared on the same day got the receipts yesterday. So you should be getting them today or tomorrow. I am not sure if attorney can chose whether to send it to you or not.
I think both Attorney and we will get the receipts. By the way it may be too early to ask but can't control it .. any one got FP notice or EAD's?

Does everyone receive FP notices. Couple of my co workers did not recieve them. I just applied. I have told that my name check is cleared
